You = the client = customer = buyer = the person ordering from us
Us = Keepsakes by Georgy = Georgy 
The client = is a person or company that receives a service/product from us in return for payment.
Inclusion = is a thing that is included in your keepsake stone that we create as your keepsake (i.e. of inclusions breastmilk, hair, fur, ashes, umbilical cord, fabric, soil, flowers etc)
Based inclusion = the main thing used in your keepsake resin stone
Additional inclusion = is a smaller amount of inclusion added to your main inclusion in your keepsake 
Creation = the product we create for the buyer, the keepsake jewellery or ornament we create 
 
The resin used to create your keepsakes is the best quality but please be aware that perfumes, makeup, chemicals, uv lights, water and extreme temperatures can damage your keepsakes.
 
Guidance and advice on caring for your jewellery and keepsakes is sent with your order they can also be found on FAQ section. 
Failure to follow the care instructions may result in your creation being damaged over time.
We can organise repairs for a nominal cost.
 

Refunds and Returns

 
If you have received your creation damaged or a creation that contains errors through no fault of the client/the receiver it must be reported to us as soon as possible, preferably when you have received your creation but no later than 3 days from the receipt of your creation. 
We will organise a return date with you, the buyer, in order to repair or replace your creation free of charge, however, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs involved and to retain proof of shipping.
Each creation is handmade and we are doing our best creating a very similar keepsake to the sample you chose but due to their nature the creations will not look 100% the same, they will look similar but each piece is unique in its way.
 
Please also note that the resin colour of your creation may not always be exactly as it appears on screen.  Each resin piece is hand crafted and possible air bubbles may be evident and colours could change in time. The air bubbles are not considered to be a fault and they are not affecting the quality of your keepsake.
 
Colour of the natural flowers could also fade in time, some grey hair or light blonde may become translucent when used in the resin stone keepsake.
 
As each creation is your personal breastmilk or any other custom inclusion, we are unable to accept any refunds or offer any returns. 
 
By sending us your inclusions such as breastmilk, semen or other liquid inclusions you agree that we can store the remaining breastmilk, semen, liquid inclusions for up to 24 months in case we need them for repairing your creation or to use for your next orders. After this time your wet Inclusions will be tossed, however we haven’t tossed any until now. All other dry inclusions such as ashes, hair, umbilical cord, tooth , fabric, your sent flowers etc will be sent back to you with your creation if not advised otherwise. 
 
Please note that the cremation services we offer for your IVF embryos are intended solely for creating keepsakes made by Keepsakes by Georgy using the resulted ashes which are extremely small amount so there may not be ashes left to return to you. 
It is advisable that you bring the IVF embryos to our address communicated to you after payment of your order and then collect your order when is ready. If you decide to use a shipping agent and your IVF embryos get lost in transit we are not to be made responsible for loss in transit and we can not refund your order once you have paid full or part of your order. 
 
Please be aware that Keepsakes by Georgy will only use your breastmilk/semen/wet preserved inclusions preserved by us and will not send you any remaining preserved breastmilk/semen. The remaining preserved IVF embryos (if any) will be returned to you in a sealed small glass bottle keepsake. 
 
Keepsakes by Georgy is not responsible for any losses or damages to your creations after they have been delivered to you. 
Guidance on Caring for your creation is provided so we cannot be held responsible for how you wear or use your creation.
 
This includes necklace chains that break, jump rings that open, plating that wears off, shadow boxes, metals on creations such as bookmarks, cufflinks, pins and other metallic creation, any accent stones or stones that are not made of resin.
 

Loss of Inclusions during Shipping

 
Keepsakes by Georgy requires NOT to ship all your inclusions you might have therefore in case your shipped inclusions get lost you should be able to ship us more inclusions as refunds are not available at any stage after client’s payment for a custom order. We require that the IVF embryos are brought to us and the creations containing them have to be collected from us not shipped, if you choose shipping then we are not to be made responsible for loss or damage of your inclusions or creations during shipping .
 
You have maximum of 25 weeks to send us your inclusions if not otherwise agreed in advance. It is your responsibility as a client to ship your inclusions to us so that we can complete your order, if you fail to do so, refund is not available, your money paid for your creation will be converted in credit points to spend in our store minus €25 administration fee. Please contact us to discuss if any issue regarding shipping your inclusions and we’ll try helping out if we can. You, the client, have to make sure that you keep the receipt from the shipping agent after sending us the inclusions and to contact us if you haven’t heard from us within 5 working days as we always inform the client when we receive the inclusions. 
Always write your return address on the envelope containing your inclusions.
 
Communicating ring/necklace/bracelet/charm/any creation size to us for your order .
 
The client is responsible for presenting their correct ring/necklace/bracelet/charm/earrings size otherwise they will be created at our standard usual size. If a fixed ring is ordered a ring size is essential to be communicated to us, if the client fails communicating us their ring size we will be unable to make their ring and the turnover time to create that ring will start from the date we have received the ring size and inclusions whichever arrives last to us a refund could be available if claimed within the first 3 months from purchase minus 10% administration fee and if we did not start the making process if we started the making process (i.e. preserved the client’s inclusion, bought materials especially for that order etc) then a refund will not be available. By paying for your order without agreement in advance on a specific size you agree to receive our standard size creations, exception making the fixed rings size where the client should provide us with their correct ring size. However, in most cases we are contacting you for clarification on the contact you provided us when ordering. We advise you to message us if you are unclear regarding your order before ordering.
We are unable to change your creation’s size after 12 hours since your order has been placed.
 
Any change to your creation after you have received it in good conditions from us it will be made at a nominal cost. 
If your keepsake will need cubic zirconia, birthstones or other stone replacement please contact us sending us close-up pictures and we’ll advise you on what steps to follow for replacement, we will replace them for a nominal cost. 
If you require a resizing your ordered ring we can do that for a nominal cost, preferably before setting the keepsake stone on that ring. Because the keepsake stones are not suitable for overheating and can go out of shape, resizing is not advisable after the keepsake stone has been set into your ring, however, if you ask to resize your keepsake after the keepsake stones have been placed we can do that for a nominal cost that includes remaking the keepsake stones completely.
 

Warranty 

 
We are advising you to professionally clean your keepsake jewellery every 12 months with us or when needed.
We are offering professional cleaning of your keepsake and top coating of your resin stones for a new shiny look at a nominal cost, shipping costs to us and from us to the client’s address is the client’s responsibility and has to be shipped recorded tracked with signature on receipt both ways if not containing IVF embryos that it’s recommended to be brought and collected to and from us.
 
We offer 6 months warranty on our items after this period we will repair it for a nominal cost.
This guarantee does not include the damage caused by obvious misuse where our Care Instructions were not followed or if the creation is lost or stolen or if the keepsake frames are dropped or damaged by physical forces, chemical products, humidity or inadequate storage temperature.
 
Please be mindful that it is normal for precious metals such as silver and gold to tarnish from different reasons such as humidity, skin PH or other chemical reactions, the best place to store them is in a dry safe place, out of sunlight in their packaging box (which is anti-tarnish) or wear them as your skin can clean the tarnish naturally, also clean them as per our Care Instructions with the cleaning cloth provided. The cleaning cloth provided is to be used on metal parts only of your keepsake jewellery.
 
Always store your creation clean, clean it with a soft cloth damped with plain water and dry it with a dry soft cloth.
 
Please be careful when wearing jewellery that have accent stones as those tiny stones are very delicate so they can easily be damaged/lost, extra care to be given to birthstones and diamonds, we are providing you with the best quality materials and stones but please avoid banging them against hard surfaces, do not apply on them products containing alcohol or acetone as they could get damaged.
 
The warranty does not cover jump rings that have opened, necklaces that have snapped, accent stones or stones that are not made of resin, shadow box frames including the glass/front cover or any metal (i.e. Metallic parts from bookmarks, hair pins, cufflinks etc)
 

Processing Time

 

Personalised items take approx. 6 weeks to create but it can go over 14 weeks in some cases excluding holidays or as advised (this is the time it will take us to prepare the order prior to dispatch) please contact us prior payment if you need it by a specific date and allow us time to reply to you. In stock items personalised are dispatched within 2-3 weeks (or as confirmed when contacting us directly).

Most of our listed products are NOT in stock even if, to make them available on the website to sell, are marked “in stock” we will have to order them from the silversmith/goldsmith so they are not in stock. 
 

Shipping Policy

 

We ship your order with An Post registered, tracked with signature on receipt in Ireland .

We also ship internationally, international buyers may have to pay a fee when receiving their order, please check with your local government the rules on importing small parcels from the Republic of Ireland.
Once we’ve shipped your order a tracking number will be provided, we will contact you before shipping to confirm your shipping address and to agree on the shipping date (shipping does not apply to IVF embryos)
 

Postage takes approx. 1-5 business days to Ireland and 5-12 days international depending on your country of residence shipping may take longer. Delays may be experienced by the postage carrier especially during busy periods such as Christmas.  These delays are out of our control and we can not guarantee a day for delivery.

There is also an option for partial payment on your order. We will start working on your order as soon as we have the precious metal bases but we will complete your keepsake order after it has been paid in full. We will then ship once ready.

Shipping Cost

 

For delivery to one address in Ireland a flat rate (as per An Post registered tracked with signature small parcel fees) is charged for registered post, regardless of how many items you order. A €14 flat rate will apply to shadow box frames for shipping in Ireland.

For international delivery to one address a flat rate (as per An Post registered tracked with signature small parcel fees) is charged for registered post, regardless of how many items you order.

Our total liability to the performance of this order shall be limited to the value of the goods.
 
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential compensation arising out of the performance or non-performance of your order.

We are offering professional cleaning of your keepsake and top coating of your resin stones for a new shiny look at a nominal cost, shipping costs to us and from us to the client’s address is the client’s responsibility and has to be shipped recorded tracked with signature on receipt both ways if not containing IVF embryos that it’s recommended to be brought and collected to and from us.
 
We offer 6 months warranty on our items after this period we will repair it for a nominal cost.
This guarantee does not include the damage caused by obvious misuse where our Care Instructions were not followed or if the creation is lost or stolen or if the keepsake frames are dropped or damaged by physical forces, chemical products, humidity or inadequate storage temperature.
 
Please be mindful that it is normal for precious metals such as silver and gold to tarnish from different reasons such as humidity, skin PH or other chemical reactions, the best place to store them is in a dry safe place, out of sunlight in their packaging box (which is anti-tarnish) or wear them as your skin can clean the tarnish naturally, also clean them as per our Care Instructions with the cleaning cloth provided. The cleaning cloth provided is to be used on metal parts only of your keepsake jewellery.
 
Always store your creation clean, clean it with a soft cloth damped with plain water and dry it with a dry soft cloth.
 
Please be careful when wearing jewellery that have accent stones as those tiny stones are very delicate so they can easily be damaged/lost, extra care to be given to birthstones and diamonds, we are providing you with the best quality materials and stones but please avoid banging them against hard surfaces, do not apply on them products containing alcohol or acetone as they could get damaged.
 
The warranty does not cover jump rings that have opened, necklaces that have snapped, accent stones or stones that are not made of resin, shadow box frames including the glass/front cover or any metal (i.e. Metallic parts from bookmarks, hair pins, cufflinks etc)
 

Processing Time

 

Personalised items take approx. 6 weeks to create but it can go over 14 weeks in some cases excluding holidays or as advised (this is the time it will take us to prepare the order prior to dispatch) please contact us prior payment if you need it by a specific date and allow us time to reply to you. In stock items personalised can be dispatched within approximately  2-3 weeks (or as confirmed when contacting us directly).

Most of our listed products are NOT in stock even if, to make them available on the website to sell, are marked “in stock” we will have to order them from the silversmith/goldsmith so they are not in stock. 
 

Shipping Policy

 

We ship your order with An Post registered, tracked with signature on receipt in Ireland .

We also ship internationally, international buyers may have to pay a fee when receiving their order, please check with your local government the rules on importing small parcels from the Republic of Ireland.
Once we’ve shipped your order a tracking number will be provided, we will contact you before shipping to confirm your shipping address and to agree on the shipping date (shipping does not apply to IVF embryos)
 

Postage takes approx. 1-5 business days to Ireland and 5-12 days international depending on your country of residence shipping may take longer. Delays may be experienced by the postage carrier especially during busy periods such as Christmas.  These delays are out of our control and we can not guarantee a day for delivery.

There is also an option for partial payment on your order. We will start working on your order as soon as we have the precious metal bases but we will complete your keepsake order after it has been paid in full. We will then ship once ready.

Shipping Cost

 

For delivery to one address in Ireland a flat rate (as per An Post registered tracked with signature small parcel fees) is charged for registered post, regardless of how many items you order. A €14 flat rate will apply to shadow box frames for shipping in Ireland.

For international delivery to one address a flat rate (as per An Post registered tracked with signature small parcel fees) is charged for registered post, regardless of how many items you order.

Our total liability to the performance of this order shall be limited to the value of the goods.
 
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential compensation arising out of the performance or non-performance of your order.
